Leaders Education Foundation
Giving forward by providing educational grants, scholarships, and resources throughout West Tennessee.
- L.E.A.D.S. Educator Grants: teachers can win up to $1,000 for their classroom or initiative. Applications open every year in July. Learn more on our grants page.
- Student Scholarships: for BHS Seniors. Applications open in early Spring. Visit our scholarship page to learn more.

A follow-up email will include introductory information (how to login to the mobile app), payroll information, and account documents for your record.

You can apply for a new account online! Use the promo code LCU2024 to waive the $25.00 membership fee.
3. Turn in your new direct deposit information to your payroll department.
Or update your employer’s online self-service platform.
4. A debit or ATM card will be mailed to the address provided.
If preferred, debit cards can be printed in branch.
To open an account without funding:
